Description:

This highly sensitive switch operates on a unique principle. In its resting state, the internal circuitry maintains an “open” or “off” condition. However, when the switch experiences a significant external force, such as a forceful impact, a strong vibration, or a rapid acceleration, it undergoes a dramatic transformation. This sudden physical disturbance triggers a momentary “on” state within the switch.

The internal mechanism reacts swiftly to these external stimuli. When the applied force exceeds a pre-defined threshold, conductive pins within the switch make contact, instantaneously altering the electrical characteristics. This brief period of conductivity allows for the switch to signal the occurrence of a dynamic event.

Crucially, the switch returns to its original “off” state as soon as the external force subsides. This rapid return to the resting condition ensures that the switch is prepared to detect subsequent events without any lingering effects from previous activations.

This unique design makes the switch an ideal candidate for applications requiring the detection of sudden impacts, vibrations, and accelerations. Its exceptional sensitivity and rapid response times enable it to effectively monitor a wide range of dynamic phenomena.
