This next addition to the Platinum Collection from Retro-Bit is the Legacy16. This controller is inspired by the original SNES controller, but with a wired USB port on a 3m cable and additional shoulder buttons alongside ‘Home’ and ‘Screenshot’ buttons!

The Legacy16 wired version is compatible with the Raspberry Pi, Nintendo Switch, PC and other USB enabled devices, and is available in both Onyx and Classic Grey. They even feature the traditional concave/convex button designs inspired by the original.

With Nintendo Switch Online now incorporating the SNES Collection of Nintendo, the Legacy16 brings an affordable alternative to the official controller and includes a Screenshot button, Home button and ZL and ZR buttons for ease of use on the Switch.

With Retro-Bits constant high-quality and ergonomic alterations to controllers, these are sure to extend gameplay.

A 2.4GHz wireless version is also available which includes dual analog sticks and receivers for original SNES consoles and USB ports.
