Molded of a pliable flame retardant thermoplastic that is virtually indestructible in normal usage. Fully-seated square wire spring on the inside forms its own threads to draw the connector completely onto wire combinations. Connectors tighten all the way, without ratcheting, to indicate splices are complete and they back off easily for repeat usage.
